Effective immediately, CCME is no longer doing CAP/C claims or compliance reviews. All scheduled agency compliance reviews are cancelled. Please do not send additional claims to CCME for review. If you have already submitted a claim and a) have not yet received approval from CCME, or b) were asked for corrections or additional information, please re-submit those claims to the CAP/C case manager. Any new claims that have never been submitted to CCME may be submitted directly to HP. Please note that CCME review staff are not able to answer questions regarding claims or compliance review at this time. Thank you.
