CCME provides education, leadership and services in review and quality care improvement and programs management for health care providers in the Carolinas. We also conduct research to measure, monitor, and improve health care and provide education services for health professionals and physicians to earn required credit hours.

Prospective Providers of HIV Case Management

If your organization is interested in becoming a provider of HIV Case Management services through North Carolina Medicaid, please submit your information below. DMA requires that providers go through the training before applying for certification. Once you are registered, we will notify you of the next training opportunity.
