Effective immediately, CCME is no longer doing CAP/C claims or compliance reviews. All scheduled agency compliance reviews are cancelled. Please do not send additional claims to CCME for review. If you have already submitted a claim and a) have not yet received approval from CCME, or b) were asked for corrections or additional information, please re-submit those claims to the CAP/C case manager. Any new claims that have never been submitted to CCME may be submitted directly to HP.
